Error when activating | WordPress.org

I got an error when activating version 1.2 on WordPress 3.5.2 with W3 Total Cache Version 0.9.2.11. I deactivated straight away. Any idea why this is happening?

The following plugins are not compatible with W3 Total Cache and will cause unintended results:
Admin Flush W3TC Cache

After further reflection, I’m guessing this is because the W3 Total Cache plugin now includes it’s own Empty All Caches button in the Admin menu bar. I think this plugin is no longer necessary.
