I am interested in using AdServe to manage banner advertising. However I can't find any info regarding if AdServe can manage the billing. Can the advertisers get billed automatically with paypal or similar based on the results? Thanks!

Posted 1 year ago #If have no experience with adseerve, but the tech-folks at Paypal are quite fond and capable of helping people out with regards to software that should/could be combined with their product.
So if I were you I'd contact them. You might want to look here for support:
