Can I use 2 tracking stats codes?

I have a wordpress CMS for my paid domain and my website is hosted in GoDaddy and I just want to install Google analytics and statcounter for my site and I am wondering if I put the 2 codes in the appearance-general settings and then in the Tracking Code box
if I put the 2 codes will it work?
