What do you mean by dynamic pages? is it not listed as pages in admin area?
Is there any way to add them in bulk to the resulting sitemap? – you can only add it in the file sitemap.xml manually.

My wordpress site has some custom development for dynamic pages (e.g. http://www.domain.com/pageID=1234) which do not show up in the admin area. I can add them individually by hand in the Additional Pages section of the XML-Sitemaps admin screen, but I need to do this for very many pages. Any way to automate this process?
Since the sitemap.xml file will get over-written every time I create a new post, editing that file directly sounds painful. Thanks.
