   Looks like you deleted pm-config from your admin folder - presumably part of a plugin? Try either putting the files for that plugin back in the right places, or rename the plugin via ftp to disable it and get your blog running again.

   Always a good idea to disable all plugins before an upgrade, then turn them on one by one. Just in case. Also, never forget to back up.

   OK, it's fixed now. One of my plugins caused problems too and I deleted it, so, when it showed a problem with this one, I didn't think that would fix it. I deleted it and now it's all better.
