If I understood what you are asking then the answer is no you don’t need a plugin to do that… WordPress allows you to create/use custom menus.

Thank you but I still need instruction.
How do I add a ‘blog’ button to my menu that links to my blog posts – all of them, in addition to the 10 ‘latest posts’ that already populate on my ‘home’ page (Customizr theme) ?

Make a page called “Blog”. Open Customiz’it! and tell it that you want “Blog” to be your blog page. Put “Blog” in the menu using Appearance > Menu.

I have created a ‘Blog’ page. I open ‘Customiz’it! and see nowhere to tell it to make ‘Blog’ my blog page. My choices are;
Skin
Site Title & Tagline
Logo & Favicon
Front Page
Navigation
Posts Pages & Layout
Comments
Social Links
Images
Custom CSS
None of the above offer the option to make ‘Blog’ my blog page.

Under Customiz’it!> Front Page > Choose content and layout> Front Page Displays> Your latest Posts OR a static page. These are my only options.
Next I get to pick what front page layout>with sidebar NO sidebar,etc., followed by ‘Featured Pages Options>Enable OR Disable. Ending with Home Featured Page> 1-3.
‘Posts Page’ is not listed anywhere. I know I have the latest version of Customizr theme so do not understand why I am not seeing what you say I should be seeing.
What next?

Please remember, I want my ‘Latest Posts’ to display on the front page – NOT a static page. I have it set up this way already.
I also need a link/button to a Blog page that shows ALL posts and their categories.

Choose static and you get to say where your blog posts are (2 dropdowns appear).
I don’t know how to set it so you have the 10 latest posts on your front page and the rest elsewhere, sorry.

Thats what I thought. Bummer!
I have changed my settings and now it is set up so ‘Blog Page’ shows the latest posts. None of the categories are listed. Is there a way I can have them auto populate in the sidebar?
