    Your theme is NOT the default Twenty Twelve. You need to contact your theme author to resolve this or if you want to switch to the default 2012 and see how it suppose to look.

    Hello,

    I changed to the default Twenty Twelve, but the problem is the same.
    For the product images I use Magic Zoom Plus.

    Any ideas?

    Well if you’re using a plugin, then it is still not default. If the issue is with the plugin “Magic Zoom Plus”, then you need to contact them to fix the issue.
