Gallery plugin that goes to posts, or a theme would work too

I’ve been looking at the gallery plugins and what I’ve seen is that they all open to a picture window.

I’m looking to make a gallery of images 5 x 5 format. And when you press any of the images or text of that image they go to the post. It doesn’t matter if its a plugin or a theme (free) as long as I can put text above and below the gallery and hopefully adjust the size of the gallery on different pages.
