Help! I use the White as Milk theme. I really like it and have started redeveloping it using CSS. But for the life of me can't work out how to add an image header to this template. Is there anyway of doing it without having to pay someone to host my site?

No, because you are on wordpress.COM - and there you cannot modify themes. Furthermore, take all your questions to their forum!
