First image being cutoff

Hi I have a problem with the first image of the coupon being cutoff. How do I make it re-size so that no part of the image is being cut? Please take a look at the picture and notice that the girl and the word Minh got cut out.

I tried going into the php file and set both pictures as
add_image_size(‘single_coupon’, 400, 286, TRUE);
add_image_size(‘print_coupon’, 400, 286, TRUE);

The print coupon picture works fine but the first one still got cropped.
