Couldn't get plugin to work but customer service awesome

    I purchased this plugin on the recommendation of a friend who swears by it.

    I installed it and immediately saw the benefits, but soon after it crashed my site.

    I spent alot of time on the computer with GoDaddy, who was essentially useless, and with Calin at Squirly customer support, who was terrific.

    He worked the problem as best he could and gave me a prompt refund.

    So although the plugin was incompatible with my site…my buddy still loves it…they are getting the stars they did in this review due to their support.

    Thanks for appreciating our Customer Service.

    Could you please Update your review? I remember that it was a caching plugin causing the problems, not Squirrly and Calin helped you fix that problem as well.

    It would mean much to us.
