Click on any category name and you have it. It is called “category archive view”.
It can be styled by Category_Templates.
Why would you need a Page for it?
Ha! I see what you mean from that other post now moshu!
I wanted a Page for it so that it shows up in the navigation menu in the header and only posts from that particular category are displayed, separate from all other posts.

That’s exactly what I wanted. While the link you supplied says I may have been approaching things from the wrong angle, I wasn’t insisting on my angle, but wanted the result. The best way to get there is what I was looking for and you provided that.
