• I’ve moved my client’s site to the www-ssl directory, changed the index.php file to redirect from http to https, yes, I do have a backup of the database that Better WP Security created. But how do I make sure that database is in the right place? To make matters worse, the hosting company does not have C-panel, and their web management page doesn’t have anything about sql databases.

The site appears to be in a loop of redirections, “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”

Or is something else causing the loop besides the database? I can get into the dashboard of the https site but not into the site itself

further info, when I take out the redirect to the https site in the index.php file in the non-secure area, both http and https go to http://wordcrisper.com. If this makes a difference in debugging?
