Breadcrumb 404's

We’re seeing 404’s in the breadcrumb when we put the forum inside the template. You can see this at http://www.valleyridgepta.org/forum. We see this with The Events Calendar as well, someone posted a fix in their forum that breaks our site. Hopefully you guys can get a fix for this!
