Fatal Error

Upon having a fully updated website I’m receiving the following:
Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/######/public_html/wp-content/plugins/instapress/instagram.php on line 306

This exists even if I try to access the admin section. We have the following plugins installed as well:
Facebook [v1.4]
Gravity Forms [v 1.7.6]
LayerSlider WP [V 4.5.5]
Logos Showcase [v 1.2.2]
Simple Twitter Tweets [v 1.3.2]
