    More info: It’s when they have been blocked due to too many failed login attempts

    What version of the security plugin are you using?

    Do you (the admin) see the error when your user account is locked out or the person who got locked out sees the error?

    Hey,

    I am using the most up to date version.

    And I see it as the administrator when I try to unlock someone. So if a user gets locked out, and then I try to unlock them, that’s the error I see as the admin, and it won’t let me unlock them. They just have to wait until the lockout period expires.

    Thank you for the details. I don’t see that error when I try to unlock it so something specific to your site is causing the issue. Will you be okay to give me temporary access to your site so I can investigate this?

    I haven’t heard any reports of this from other users so for now I will set to resolved, please reply to this thread if you are still having the issue.
