Checkout not working on woocommerce

Hello when i click proceed to checkout seen here http://gyazo.com/73963bbab32b16172d229820630af2fd it doesn’t go off this page and im assuming it should take you to billing and address info i had wp ecommerce plugin before i had woocommerce this conflicted with my checkout button before but i fixed it and changed the code now something isn’t working with the proceed button
