Featured image only showing half

    Hi there!

    I love this theme, it looks like my own theme but better. Therefore I decided to switch. But when I activated this theme, my featured images in the polaroid looking frame were only showing half. Also the textbox was cut up in half. therefore the text was looking pretty sloppy. I changed the textbox but I can’t figure out how to make the featured picture look right. Hopefully someone can help me!

    Ps I have made some changes to the style file but the featured image problem was there from the beginning, it wasn’t my doing as far as I can tell!

    Link works for me.

    @bdam6 – you should not make any changes to theme files – your changes will be overwritten when the theme is updated – instead for CSS changes you can use a Custom CSS plugin like Custom CSS Manager.

    Or if you are modifying other theme files, use a Child Theme

    wp-21: The link works for me, I don’t know you can’t open it?

    WPyogi: Thank you but I already know about child themes and I will use it! I would rather get a solution to my problem with the images. I can’t use the theme looking like this!

    I will make a backup of the theme as it is right know and then try the theme again on a clean slate so to speak, and I’ll look if the images then will show for the full 100%!

    Hi, the link works now, don’t know what the problem was earlier…..But i didn’t get your problem regarding images.I checked the site and the images
    and polaroid background are not different but whole image is combined with that.
    did’nt quite see how image is being cut into half..
