Hello,
I'm trying to make a photoblog but I am stuck trying to create an archive page. Ideally I would like the archive page to display set number of thumbnails which link to each image 'post'. I've search and search for a good few hours now and I can't really find anything helpful.

You can use this plugin to manage your archives if you're using the excerpt field to post your thumbnail:
