    Hi,

What version of the plugin are you attempting to install? And what version of WordPress are you running?

This is a known issue in a previous version of the software but should have been rectified in the latest release – 3.1.3.

I’m running the latest version of wordpress: 3.5.2 I believe. And the plugin version I’ve been trying to use is 3.1.3 so I feel like it should work fine. That’s why I’m pretty confused.

    Interesting.

Can you enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and then run the installation again. It should give you more of an insight into any errors being generated.

Hello, I have the same error on a fresh install with latest version of wordpress 3.5.2.
I installed it locally with wamp and activated debug as you mentionned.

    Here is the error code:

    Hi cotp,

You need to have Gravity Forms installed and active to use this plugin which is why you are getting the error (although the plugin is suppose to auto detect this and throw an error so I’ll look into it).

    You can purchase it here
    .

Thanks a lot Blue Liquid, I will install it again then 🙂

    I’m also having installation issues.

I’m using WP 3.6 and Gravity Forms 1.76 with active license.

When I attempt to install this plugin I get the “Are you sure you want to do this?” error.

I tried enabling WP_DEBUG but saw no error code.

    Hi wdemilly,

Is ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ the exact error message you are receiving? Or is there more information provided, like the script and line number the error was generated?

Hi, yes its a message I’ve seen before when attempting to install some plugins. There’s an unusually long delay after clicking “install” then WP gives a page which asks that exact question. (along with a link to “go back”)

Its only occurred in the past when I attempted to install a zip file containing other zip files (as in a theme).

Where would I find other error messages?

That makes sense. The plugin contains a zip file.

Your best bet is to download the plugin locally and extract it onto your computer. Then FTP to your web host and place the folder gravity-forms-pdf-extended in wp-content/plugins/.

    OK will do. Thanks!

So I tried downloading the zip file then placing the gravity-forms-pdf-extended folder into my plugins section. After refreshing my websites page, once again I got a blank white page. Any other suggestions? Could my theme I’m using have any effect on the plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

You need to ensure the latest version of Gravity Forms is activated before you activate Gravity Forms PDF Extended. There’s a bug which causes the symptoms you describe when Gravity Forms isn’t installed.

It’s scheduled to be fixed in the next release.

    Hi,

    I’m also having installation issues.

I’m using WP 3.6 and Gravity Forms 1.72 with active license.

When I attempt to install this plugin I get the “Are you sure you want to do this? after a long delay”

Running WP 3.6 and had to re-upload manually Version 1.72 of Gravity Forms. Currently installed Plugins:

    Gravity Forms Version 1.7.2
Gravity Forms MailChimp Add-On Version 2.2
Gravity Forms PayPal Add-On Version 1.8 (Not Active)
Gravity Forms Signature Add-On Version 1.3

Have not installed the plugin for 1.7.7 due to this problem

    The White page death…
Which version do I need to update to for GF and the PDF Extended. None of my forms are sending PDFs after configuring the php file about a month ago.
    Thanks.
