Looking to start a WordPress company

I’m looking to start a WordPress company that holds a strong focus on incorporating design and WordPress of course for the perfect end product. I have about two other people helping me out with it but I need more experienced developers.

The company is going to be called Cydebris http://www.crydebris.com/ and i’m working on the back end right now but could really use some help. I can do logo designs in exchange for helping me out in the beginning if you would like but i’m looking to build strong relationships with whoever I work with.
