    Hi, i need ticket system with feature:
    Once member submit ticket, admin get notification on email and web.
    Once admin reply ticket, member get notification on email and web.
    Admin can submit or Create ticket to Member they choose and sure member get notofication via web and his email..

    Hi,

    Not sure what you call “web notification”. But for the email notification, here is what is available :
    – new ticket notification for admins
    – ticket update notification for admins
    – ticket update notification for ticket author

    Admins can create ticket on behalf of users.

    Web notification > User/admin login they get notification about new ticket or reply ticket.

    We have test another ticket module :
    1a: Member send ticket and admin get new ticket notification on the web and on admin email.
    1b: Admin reply ticket via web, member get notification ticket reply on the web BUT NOT on member email

    So we need vice versa notification between admin and member,
    ie:
    1a: Member send ticket admin get notification on the web and admin email.
    1b: Admin reply ticket, member get notification on the web and member email.

    This’s mean : Admin NO NEED to CHECK Every time on the web, Member no need to check every time on the web.
    Admin and Member Just waiting 1st notification on their email first.

    2nd function :
    Admin can Make ticket to member (not to all member) , so when something happen, we (admin) need to send member ticket, member get notification on the web and sure also on their email.

    I don’t know what you call web notification…

    Basically, when a member posts a ticket, he gets a message on the browser that the ticket has been submitted and the admin gets an email. Then when the admin posts an update, the member gets a notification about the update.

    I mean web (website) notification like u told member get a message on the browser (web) when he login on the wordpress correct ?
    Its OK, but it’s not ONLY notification on the browser correct ?
    Member get notification also on his email correct ?

    Vice versa, when admin get reply from member, Admin get notification on browser (wordpress) correct ?
    Admin get notification also on admin email correct ?

    IF ALL YES, this mean between sender and receiver of ticket DIDN’T need SIT Down in front of BROWSER all day long correct ?

    There is no new ticket notification to member for security reasons, only web notification.

    When the admin replies, he can see his update posted right away…
