    Hey Mickey,
On June 24 you responded to my inquiry about this issue and mentioned you would need to update your records if I had a new web address ( I have been using the extension on my local machine for testing purposes). Although I greatly appreciated your response, I’m concerned you never received my reply as the extension is still showing that payment is required. Unfortunately it seems that you are now on vacation and I’m unable to restore my site as the restore utility is looking for a zipped file. Perhaps there is someone that can help me while you are on vacation? If not, would you be able to refund me if I purchase the utility again to hold me over until you get back?
    Thank you!

Mikey- just a quick update… I was able to zip up the contents of the backup in DB and after doing so the restore process worked perfectly. I transferred my site from my localhost to live web server in just a couple of minutes. When you get back, I guess the only thing I need to try to iron out is how to get the zip premium extension functioning again.
    Best!

Good to hear that the restore process was flawless.

I have just gone through my support tickets then and have probably responded to your request.

If not can you please shoot me another email so I can fix the payment issue.

    Cheers,
    Mikey
