The results of the %%wppa%% scripts appear in the rss feeds automaticly, maybe a bit stripped down ( for slideshows etc )
Hi again, opajaap!
Thank you for your fast answer!
Sorry for asking again, but I’m newbe in the Wp world and may be I’m a bit lost.
Reading my Wp blog RSS feed (http://presentimperfecte.net/wp/feed/?lang=en):
The posts with an image from the Wp media lybrary have the following information included:

<img title=”_DSC0010_bw” src=”http://presentimperfecte.net/wp/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/DSC0010_bw2.jpg” alt=”Flowers on the brick floor” width=”500″ height=”334″ />

Test text

while the posts with an image from the Wppa+ gallery have the following:

This is a text test

<p style=”text-align: justify;”>%%wppa%% %%photo=4%%%%size=auto%%%%align=center%%

<p style=”text-align: center;”>This is a text test

I don’t know why the script code “%%wppa%% %%photo=4%%%%size=auto%%%%align=center%%” has not been translated to an http image link, but the final result is that images are not accessible from an RSS reader.
Could you lighten me why is this behaviour produced? may be is a configuration issue?, or may be I’m doing something wrong when I publish a post? Again, I’m a little lost …
Thanks in advance!!
It is obvious that some process ( theme setting or plugin ) is affecting the behaviour of wppa+
Please test this with other plugins de-ativated ( especially the rss plugin you seem to have active )
Also, try the use of shortcodes ( e.g. [wppa][/wppa] ) in stead of scripts ( e.g. %%wppa%% ). Documentation is here
If you activate the rss feed on docs & demos, you will see that it works without any further actions.
Also please read the first item of this forum, ( about setting wppa+ debug on ), that allows me to see more and give you more detailed info.
Thanks for your answer, opajaap!
I’ve done the substitution of the scripts by the shortcodes and it started to work! Now the images are shown in the RSS feed.
I think that this was the only issue I had with the wppa+ gallery. It covers all my photoblog needs, so I will use it definitely.
Congratulations for the good work. Of course I will give a donation in order to help you to continue its development.
Thanks again!!
