Widget Title Problem

    Well that didn’t work and I even put in the backticks. Anyway, & l t ; and & g t (I put in the extra spaces) should have been sent as < and >, but they are not.

    OK let me try to be more clear. I’m using the Testimonials widget and typing a title in the title field. When it outputs the page, rather than outputting <span class="widget-line">Testimonials</span> it outputs & l t ;span class="widget-line"& g t (I put in the extra spaces and so the page displays <span class="widget-line">Testimonials</span> instead of just Testimonials.
