customization

Hi

I think this plugin has the function of most of my needs but of course, out of the box, i can’t use it

I am looking for a plugin for wp that does the following. let me know if it can be done out of the box and if not, let me know how much you charge for customization

Note : below are high level requirements, details will be provided later if not clear

1) I am building a product website where each of my physical products have unique serial number. the purpose of this is for my customer to check online if the product is authentic or not

2) there is a common db where i can expand the number of fields as i want (note : different fields will have different attribute but mostly text, numbers or dates). also unlimited number of entries

3) that db i can edit the content with a form or i can manually edit them in BE mgmt

4) For admin : Either admin has a form or he can direct edit the db on any fields

5) For normal users : i will have a separate form but it will access the same db. they will have only 1 field to key in which is the “serial number”. after the the user press submit, the system should check their data against what is available in the db if it matches

will have some simple computation for this

depending on the computation results, there are 3 possible outcome.

1st outcome : display a text that says “xxxx”. at this point, the same form will appear for them to retry + another form to contact admin

2nd outcome : display a text that says “yyyy”. at this point, the same form will appear for them to retry + another form to contact admin

3rd outcome : display a text that says “zzzz”. at this point, if the user is a registered user in my website, now he can register that “serial number” and his registartion information will be updated in the db for that particular “serial number”. if he is an unregistered user, he needs to register first and try again. a standard email will be generated to confirm that the serial number is registered, pending approval from admin

the information that he use to register to my website should be auto populated in the db as long there are matching fields

6) ability to have an overview of the db data + have a search function in the db but only for admin

7) have a separate form that matches his username (must login) to the db and display all matching serial numbers + certain fields that i set in table format. sort of like summary table. possible to email that table
