Hello,

I have a really annoying problem. When I am trying to set options for popup and choose page footer or external load after apply i can see page “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

How can I solve this issue?

PS: Changing authentication keys doesn’t work.

Hi !

I have exactly the same problem : “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
Moreover the popup doesn’t show up… while there is no condition.

I have WP 3.5.2 with WordPress Pop Up Plugin 4.4.5.1, and I disabled the WP super plugin.

Can someone help us ?

just got the solution, I just upgraded my wordpress to latest 3.5.2 and it started working.

Some other users have been having this problem, as can be seen here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-pop-up-plugin-not-working-after-4451-update?replies=6

Our developers have been made aware and will be looking to find what is causing this.

Could you perhaps provide some more details about any other settings you are using that may affect this in case there is an odd bug that only applies with certain settings activated?

Not yet I’m afraid, but try with the latest version of WordPress and see if that helps.
