1.5 Links not showing on site

I did search but could not find this problem, probably too easy. Please help me display my links in my sidebar.

In my admin panel, there’s Dashboard, Write, Manage, Links, etc.

I have a list of several links I want displayed in my sidebar, but I do not see how to get them to do so. They all have Visible: Yes marked, so I am thinking it might be a php function I need to call, such as for about or categories, etc.?

New site about to launch, critiques are certainly welcome. Thanks to any and all for help with this and any critiques.
