first move the sub menu (level 2) to the left, by adding this CSS to your CSS tab:
div#access ul ul {
left: -116px;
}
then add this for the sub sub menu (level 3):
div#access ul ul ul {
right: 100%;
}
this will make it align to the rigt side.

finally i found the solution!
so, in your style.css on line 104 you have this style
div#access ul ul {
left: -116px;
}
replace with this:
div#access ul ul {
right: 0;
margin-right: 10px;
}
that should fix the last menu issue!
