I´m looking for someone to hire for migrating my blog from WP MU to a singlesite. I know there is a jungle of wordpress experts out there – have any of you any experience with any of them and can recommend someone reliable?

Elin, there’s a great site http://jobs.wordpress.net/ run as part of the WordPress family that can put you in touch with WordPress experts. Also, CodePoet has a listing of consultants at http://directory.codepoet.com/ that could put you in touch with some great freelances.
