I do not see the plugin after it has been uploaded I REALLY need help NOW.

what you need to do is look at what you do as you do it.
LOOK here:

click those links, the directories, NOT the zips and tell me if you see something odd? I do, but Im going to let YOU figure IT out.
I'll give you a hint -- read the installation directions that come with both plugins.
