Re-Run Upgrade?

I made a mistake and need a correction.

I added all of the files for the 2.3.2 upgrade and ran upgrade.php and saw a whole bunch or errors ending with a successful upgrade message. I then realized I had forgot to add the files in the root. Oops! So, I added the files and then tried to re-run upgrade, but as it had “completed successfully” previously, I got a message that there was no need to do the upgrade again.

I am having problems posting with a desktop editor and not able to view/create any categories. All my posts say uncategorized.

What I need to do is re-run upgrade to see all of files. Is there a file I can edit that will allow the upgrade to run? Or, is there a file to delete that tells WP it needs to be upgraded?
