    Hi Leisl,

So let’s start with a few questions:
    – What version of BD are you running?
    – Who posted the ads in question? Was it the user or you (the admin)?
    – Do you have registration turned on for your BD listings?
    – Is this a problem with all listings or only some listings? If some, which ones are working, which are not?

    Hi,
    – I am running version 3.0.2 of BD with the paypal module.
    – I posted the listings initially (admin), and then as I meet the businesses, I am creating a new user for them and changing the listing author to that new user.(So far, to test, I have used one of my own emails for the user though.)
    – Registration is turned on (I am using Theme My Login to keep users on the front end of the site though)
    – The issue seems to be with all listings and all users. Even admin has no option on the front end to do anything with listings except VIEW, EDIT, DELETE (other users see those options too). When I look in View or run through the edit process, I can’t see any upgrade option.

One thing regarding Theme My Login… I have set all new users as CONTRIBUTORS. I just tried changing one of the users to AUTHOR but that didn’t work either.

Perhaps my theme or a plugin is affecting it?

OK, one other question–do you have payments turned on or not?

If you posted the listing as a free listing (no payments on), then it will be forever free. You must have payments on to do upgrades of any kind.

Second–if you have payments on, do you have Featured/Sticky listings enabled? If not, that would allow you to do this, but you need to have payments enabled.

Ahhhh. That must be what happened… I created most of the free listings first and then turned the payments on. I have just tested it now (creating a new listing free) and I see the option to upgrade the listing when the user selects EDIT.

Thanks so much for your help.
