Alfie WP Weather doesn't display

Hello,
I have migrated one site that I completed (http://obrt-argola.hr/ws/wordpress/najam-brodica/) to godaddy which will be my live sites. I have to separate folders (same domain, different subfolders):
– http://mudronja-apartmani.com/hr/najam-brodica/
– http://mudronja-apartmani.com/en/rent-a-boat
(just this page “rent-aboat” is translated, so I’m not sending a root domain..)
Two sites are set up because of the different languages, but at the moment they are copies of the same site. I was just going to start translating en site, when I’ve noticed that my first site does not diplay Alfie WP weather, while on EN site it works fine.
All those sites have same plugins installed, so I presume that is not the problem. Also, I created php.ini file and enabled allow_url_fopen according to one of your previous answers, but it didn’t solve the my problem.
Any help would be much appreciated!
