Upload files and try to install using the link domain.com/wp-admin/install.php.

Get the following CGI Error - "The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers."

    Name of host: Easy-Cgi.com
    Webserver software: Windows 2003/IIS
    PHP Version: 4.4.2
    MySQL: 5.0.27

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    SC

Resolved: Bagged the fresh install of 2.3.2. Reverted back to 2.3.1 and upgraded to 2.3.2 w/no issues. Thanks csaszarpeter.

Same problem here and same solution, which I add in hopes this problem will be noticed and fixed so I can do that upgrade at a later point.

Same error. I had to downgrade to 2.3 to keep my blog up. Hopefully WP team will come up with a fix soon. The .CA link is a dead one.
