problems to assign featured image to each post

    I have problems to assign featured image to each post.

    When I get the picture in the circle ( at the home page) it also stay in the post as an image at the gallery .

    Also the featured image was changed when I uplouded a new pictare to the gallery ( inside de post).

    Please..can anybody help me?
