Getting a redirect loop

I’m getting a redirect loop when using the Safe Redirect Manager. I’m using – testing – the plugin on a local installed website. These are the fields I’ve used – with dummy text because of client data:
Redirect From:
/2013/06/04/POST-TITLE/
Redirect To:
http://localhost/WEBSITE/POST-TITLE/
HTTP Status Code: 301When saving this I get the Redirect loop message on the old url – the Redirect From url. I’ve searched the documentation and forum, but have no clue in solving this.
