Database reset issues

So I wanted to reset my database to purge it of any excess entries that are not doing anything such as old plugins that did not un-install themselves fully, compatibility issues and so on.

I use a database reset plugin called “WordPress Database Reset” by “Chris Berthe” and it does its job. Then I re-import all my posts and pages back into via the xml importer. Re-install my theme and for some reason my images do not re-link themselves to their location. As in they are still on the server in the same position and everything and I put my settings back to where they were and still have no luck. So everything works after the reset except my images being picked back up.

I figured its a setting somewhere in the database but I cant seem to figure it out. I appreciate the help!
