Content just for registered users

Hallo there,
just a quick question: is there a plugin to give custom or special items to registered users for a blog? Something like additional content, stuff downloads, etc.

The plugin should also be able to get much more data fro registered users (like sex, age, and other data) and should give the ability to track the stuff downloaded for each subscriber.
