Custom Post Formats for Custom Community

Hi again. I am wondering how can I create custom post formats for this theme? Formats like Gallery, Aside and all the other formats. I want to enable those for this theme. Do I have to create those myself and put them in the theme’s folder?

I also wanted to create a custom post template like full-width, side bar left and sidebar right. Do I create those and add them to the theme files? And what kind of code would those templates require? I looked in the Codex but couldn’t find anything.
