How to remove category \ tags from sitemap for an external forum plugin

Hi,

I am using a plugin for forum for my website and which added additional sitemap section along with my post and page

sabai-sitemap-index.xml included categories and tags.

I would like to nonindex these sections and only need http://www.emcsaninfo.com/questions/sitemap.xml

In SEO settings I have already disabled categories \ tags indexing.

Please let me know how can exclude the above one also
