    Did you check whether the actual email is being sent by the subscribe2 Plugin?

    The earlier versions of the plugin was not fully compatible with WordPress Multisite.

    From v1.7 onwards, the plugin is fully compatible with WordPress Multisite. Kindly try the latest version of the plugin and let me know if you still face any issues.
