you have possibly some invalid code with unmatched opening and closing divs in some of the posts on the front page;
check for instance with the http://validator.w3.org/
http://codex.wordpress.org/Validating_a_Website
(right now, the validator gets a 500 internal server error)
please also contact the developer/vendor of your theme for support, as this forum here only supports themes from http://wordpress.org/themes/
Thanks for your reply. It is appreciated. Since I have no experience with coding, should I try using another theme, remove some plugins or remove some of my sidebar widgets?

no – as far as I can see, the cause is not in the theme or in plugins, but in the content of one of the posts; check the latest posts (the ones on the front page) in single post view and you will see that one of them has the same sidebar problem – then edit that one using the ‘text’ setting of the ‘appearance – editor’ and carefully inspect the content for unmatched html tags.
Alchmyth, I would like to thank you for your reply. I have gone through a number of the posts. The ones on the front page in single post view and they all have the same sidebar problem (both sidebars are gone). I have looked at older posts in single post view and each of them are missing one of the sidebars. Any suggestions? I appreciate your time. It is appreciated and not taken for granted.
the underlying cause could be that your site might have been hacked:

start by reviewing http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_My_site_was_hacked
and then possibly start a new topic to get focussed support with the new problem.
