Works great out of the box,,, and if there are a few minor issues (to be fair, the issues seem to crop up not because of the plugin, but more on user not taking time to fully understand the options available in this great plugin )
The couple of issues I was facing, were promptly solved by the author!

Thank you Oliver! You were able to help me get this up and running and overcome a bug.
This is the easiest way to create forms I've seen. This will help me with a couple new sites/blogs I've been putting off. I use it for far more than just comments. This is a great plugin.
