   Hello,

   how I can default ban the visual editor when anybody (current users, users in the future) writing?

   This worked on my blog:

   1. Open a connection to your site via FTP
   2. Navigate to /wp-includes/js/
   3. Rename the tinymce/ directory to something else. I like to use X_tinymce. This way I know, by the presence of the 'X' that I meant to remove it without actually deleting it.
   4. Log into Wordpress admin section and navigate to: Users >> Your Profile. There should be no option for the editor and when you go to Write >> Post You should see the plain text editor.
