submissions not forwarding to email

I have set up the form submissions to go to our email through godaddy which is part of the domain and hosting services. This is neither hotmail, yahoo, or gmail so SMTP is not an issue. Godaddy is set up thru php only so they say.
The submissions are showing in the backend of wp, so I know they are going through accordingly.
Ive turned off AJAX, have correct email address in email settings – just like example.. Chris Brown<info@brandicarpet.com>
Also added: info@brandicarpet.com as Administrator email address.

What more can I do? Love the way the forms look and available options. Now I just need it to show up in our email.
