Apostrophe Prevents Customers From Checking Out

I’m using the newest WordPress and Ready! together for my e-commerce site. If a customer puts an apostrophe in the name, address, etc fields and then clicks “Next” to go to the confirmation screen, it just says “Database Error” at the bottom of the screen and users cannot click through to the confirmation screen. As such, they cannot checkout! Please help!
