• Hello,
i’m having a small breakdown of trying to get a widget on a page.
So far i’ve hit a brick wall and just can’t seem to get passed it, and would be eternally grateful for some help.

You can see the widget here:
    http://www.ttcwetranslate.com/translation-services/
It’s the small part over the main text, named “what our customers say”
I want it on the right with the same style as the other widgets on the site (right had side there are some on the start page)
where can I get to the CSS to get this fixed?
please help me before I go bald from tearing my hair out
(i’m usually doing joomla work.. where getting a module/widget in is as easy as putting down “loadposition modulename”… ugh.. )
    many thanks in advance!

  • I have the same problem. The majority of CSS attributed to my sidebar does not makes it way over to the WoP sidebar, even when enable styling is marked. My guess is that this plugin is quite useful for the typical WordPress widgets, but not as much for the atypical.

    Hey flamingfrog,

Are you still having this issue? Feel free to send me a link to a page if you are.

Hi tod, i’m pretty sure the problem percisted.. and i did a “work around”. I mainly did a sidebanner, with a “spacer” ontop to push it all down below the large image at the top and have it floating in the right position. Meaning it’s not in the page, but on a normal side bar. If there’s a “proper” way to get this working i’d be grateful for next time 🙂
i’m currently not using the widget since i managed to work around it. Would you like me to put it on there so that you can see what it does?
