loads all styles for all templates

This plugin is fairly easy to use and seems to work well with the included templates. But, instead of using the chosen template to decide which css should be loaded, the plugin loads all of them concatenated into a single file with template-assets.php. The files are pretty small, but that’s a whole lot of extra stuff that doesn’t need to be loaded.
