Blog Posts have shortcode formatting and don't look right when PDF is exported.

I love this plugin, but I use shortcodes to format my post columns and etc. When I download a PDF the spacing and formatting is all messed up. http://pileofabric.com/2013/06/21/fabric-giveaway-friday-mad-about-patchwork/

You can see yourself, the PDF icon is by the post date and social likes.
